Shipping policy
Currently we can only ship to an Australian address.
If you wish to receive delivery to an International destination or purchase items in bulk, contact us by email to sales@westcoastworkwear.com.au with your requirements and we can quote you for total shipping cost.
Goods are delivered via Australia Post, Fastway or our other nominated carriers. If the goods ordered are in stock, orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of payment. Delivery of goods can be expected within 3-5 working days from payment. If goods need to be obtained from a supplier, we aim to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible and to keep you informed of their progress.
SHIPPING COST
If delivery is required, your shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
Westcoast Workwear uses various transportation companies for this and will choose the option that is the most cost effective for you, depending on your location and size of parcel.
SHIPPING TIMES
If all items are in stock, and no artwork is required, delivery will be within 3-5 working days from payment. If goods need to be obtained from a supplier, we aim to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible and to keep you informed of their progress.
Once order has been quoted and approved, orders will be processed and dispatched.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when dispatched. If the item is out of stock, you can either hold the whole order or receive these orders separately. You will be contacted via email with the expected date that the stock is to be back in and will then be processed as directed.
